The “lazy” days of summer are the perfect time to become bigger, faster and stronger! Expert athletic performance trainer Zach Posey has a terrific summer schedule planned to help athletes of all sports increase their speed, endurance and strength all while reducing the risk of injury.
All Sport Group Sessions
Beginning June 14, group sessions will be offered on Tuesday and Thursdays at 10 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Athletes ages 9-18 are welcome, with class sizes limited to 8 athletes to ensure significant personal attention. Cost is $18 per athlete per session. You can register by emailing email@example.com or using our online portal.
Team Training Sessions
Team sessions can be scheduled which include both sport-specific components as well as general athletic performance training.
