Athletic performance training enables athletes of all sports to improve their overall physical skills, reduce injuries and increase confidence. Providing a deeper level of training beyond running drills or learning specific plays, athletic performance training helps individuals learn how to improve their movements, increase explosive speed as well as endurance and improve core strength.

Beginning January 4, Athletic Performance Training will be offered at the following times:
Monday – 4 and 5 p.m. (Trainer – Davis Fox)
Tuesday – 4 and 5:30 p.m. (Trainer – Zach Posey)
Wednesday – 4:30 p.m. (Trainer – Jason Neal)
Thursday – 4, 5, 8 p.m. (Trainers – Zach Posey and Jason Neal)
Friday – 4 p.m. (Trainer – Davis Fox)
Sunday – 9, 10 a.m. (Trainers – Davis Fox and Jason Neal)

 

All trainers have extensive training with youth athletes of all sports and have earned at least a B.S. in Exercise Science in addition to either certifications or a graduate degree. You can learn more about the instructors here. A maximum of 8 athletes participate in one-hour sessions to ensure significant personal attention and maximum benefit.

Cost is $18 for a one-hour session or $32 for two sessions completed in the same week by a single athlete. A discount also is offered for athletes purchasing 10 sessions at once. Team practices are available for $120 per hour for a complete team and will include sport-specific training.
