Your core strength, vertical and lateral movements as well as your explosive speed impacts your overall athletic success. In all sports, your body’s ability to move and react creates a performance ceiling. For example, regardless of how well you understand the nuances of the game or how beautiful your swing, how quickly you reach first base matters.
Sports performance

5 Tool offers sports performance training to help raise your athletic ceiling. Benefits of sports performance training include increased speed, lateral and vertical movements as well as lower risk of injury. It provides valuable training for athletes of all sports and is not limited to those playing baseball and softball.

Classes are offered on Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m. and Thursdays at 4 p.m. and last one hour. Cost is $20 per class with discounts available for purchasing multiple sessions. New classes are starting the week of August 24. An additional class will be offered on August 20 at 6 p.m.

Results past participants have achieved include increased vertical leap by several inches and reduced 60′ dash speed by as much as a full second.
