Improving your bat speed is an important component in being able to hit the ball further. And the off season is the perfect time to develop this skills!
Beginning September 9, Jack Lewis will teach a bat speed class for middle and high school athletes, both baseball and softball. This 10-week, one-hour class will be held at 4 p.m.
Total cost is $275 for all 10 weeks and includes a 5 Tool shirt.
