Baseball Situational Skills Class

The transition from Little League to modified high school rules can be challenging. This class will focus on helping travel baseball athletes develop their “baseball IQ” and learn how to effectively play the game.

Each week will focus on a different aspect of the game including:
Base Running  – Lead off, stealing, tag up
Fielding – Cut off positioning, bunt coverage responsibiilities
Hitting  – Working pitch counts, having a game plan when at the plate
Pitching  – Holding runners, pick off moves, fielding bunts

Class will be one hour in length with both a classroom portion to discuss the concept and field time to practice the skill discussed.

Led by experienced coach Tony Dungan, you don’t want to miss this opportunity to better understand how the game is played.

This 5-week class will be held on Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. beginning January 12. Cost is $135 for all 5 weeks and includes a 5 Tool shirt.
