Remember, when an athlete misses practice or seems withdrawn, it’s often a sign of something bigger—stress at home, mental health struggles, or pressures you might not see. Mental health is just as important as physical health, and as a coach, you play a vital role in supporting your players’ overall well-being.
This isn’t just a challenge for them—it’s a crucial opportunity for you. Being there for your players beyond the game can make all the difference. Sometimes, you might be the only person who notices or takes the time to ask how they’re really doing. That moment to listen, to show care, can be a lifeline for an athlete who feels isolated, anxious, or overwhelmed.

Designed for both softball and baseball players, Grades 3-5 will meet on Mondays at 6:30 p.m., while Middle & High School athletes will meet on Mondays at 7:30 p.m.
