5 Tool Academy is partnering with area collegiate baseball players to offer a Summer Baseball Camp for athletes entering Grades 3-5.

Instructors include Grahm Reedy, Jacob Pruitt, Luke Willmann and Peyton Smith.

Hosted at the Yorktown Sports Park, camp will be offered from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. on July 10 and 11, with an optional pitching or catching session from 12 – 1 p.m. on July 10. Lunch will be provided from 12 – 12:30 on July 11, giving athletes a chance to interact with instructors and one another on a more social level.

The camp will focus on developing athletes’ skills and knowledge of the game in a fast-paced and fun atmosphere. It will cover hitting, base-running, infield, outfield and situational plays at an age-appropriate level.

The optional pitching or catching sessions will focus on the specific skills needed to success in these critical positions, including the demanding mental aspects of pitching or catching.

Cost is $79 and includes a 5 Tool shirt and the group lunch. The optional pitching or catching sessions are an additional $15.
